Online Kick-off Meeting
On Tuesday 31th March 2020, at 2 pm, the consortium of the project Eco-friendly sports (EFS) held an online kick-off meeting to start the project and set the future actions for its proper implementation. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting was held on Zoom. Lenka Curillova, project coordinator inroduced the project, aims and objectives, planned activities, expected outcomes and deliverables, sustainability, and the impact on the target. Looking forward for this 24 months journey ahed! 🙂 After this online meeting, we had regular online meetings at least once a month.
2. Transnational project meeting in Lisbon
Partner organizations met at CHECK-IN premises in Lisbon. President of ADEL Slovakia Mrs Lenka Curilova welcomed partners and summarized all achieved activities of the project.
First hours were dedicated to Presentation of project partners’ organizations and local activities of partner organizations. Partners shared videos and pictures from local events, described activities and proposed how to improve eco-friendly sports events organized based on real experience.
Afterwards, we have discussed dissemination of intellectual outputs. Lenka has asked each partner to share information and details of the local eco-friendly events and encouraged partners to do more various eco-friendly sports events in partner countries. Erika from BAIS proposed to prepare short podcast about eco-friendly sport events and published in podcast services such as Spotify. Partners agreed preparing 4 short podcast promoting the project outcome during upcoming final event in Turkey and maximize the outreach on social medias. Lenka encouraged partners to organize local working group meetings to disseminate eco-friendly sports. Partners discussed how to reach more followers on facebook and instagram and have bigger outreach.
Next steps agreed are to finalize eco-friendly sport events implementation, to finalize IO3 (informative media) and IO4 (final report), to prepare and send newsletter to already created database of stakeholders and to publish press releases in local or national media.
